Instant Pot BBQ Beef Sandwiches

  • one loving cup beef broth
  • 3 pound beefiness chuck roast
  • i tsp kosher salt
  • i tsp pepper

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • two Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • i Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  1. Pour the beef broth into your Instant Pot. Place a trivet into the bottom of your Instant Pot.
